Executive Summary
SI-Bone Inc. (developing medical devices for treating the sacroiliac joint of the spine) raised $16mm in a Series C financing led by first-time backer Montreux Equity Partners, which adds a board member. Returning shareholder Skyline Ventures also contributed significant funds. The company will use the funds for commercial activities involving its FDA-cleared and CE-Marked iFuse titanium implants; additional clinical studies for the technology; and to educate medical professionals who use its products.
