Executive Summary
C.R. Bard pays catheter manufacturer Rochester Medical $49 mil. to resolve an antitrust lawsuit, the firms announce Dec. 14. Rochester's 2004 suit alleged that Bard, Tyco, and group purchasing organizations Premier, Novation and VHA conspired to create a monopoly among healthcare providers.
