CHF Solutions (cardiovascular medical devices) has raised $22.9mm with its venture round of convertible preferred stock. Lead investor SV Life Sciences (formerly Schroder Ventures Life Sciences) was joined by other new backer Kaiser Permanente Ventures as well as MPM Capital, Investor Growth Capital, Brightstone Capital, Mason Wells Biomedical, and several existing investors.
