Executive Summary
Organogenesis (engineered cells and connective tissues) licensed Sandoz worldwide marketing rights to its lead product Graftskin, a manufactured human skin. Sandoz is also buying a 1.6% stake in its partner for (uf) $5 million ($23.37 per share).
