Claims for A.D. Pharma's alcohol-intoxication reducer have been referred to the Federal Trade Commission after the firm failed to make a "bona fide good faith attempt to bring its advertising into compliance with NAD's recommendations," the Council of Better Business Bureaus division says in an Aug. 19 release.
