A total of nine acquisitions passed Clinica's news desk during February, down from 12 during the same period last year. The number was also a big drop from the 27 deals recorded in January 2013 (www.clinica.co.uk, 5 February 2013); although February is a short month, could this mark a slowdown in medtech M&A activity after a frenetic bull run?
