Urologix CEO Stryker Warren retires again

Executive Summary
Urologix chief operating officer Greg Fluet will be taking over from retiring CEO Stryker Warren on an interim basis while the company looks for a permanent replacement for Mr Warren. The latter had come out of retirement to join Urologix in 2008; before retiring for the first time, he had been president and CEO of Urology Healthcare Group, whose wholly-owned subsidiary Urotech is Urologix's biggest customer. Mr Warren will provide transition services to Urologix until the end of March 2013.
