CooperSurgical has sold its non-strategic Meditron line of gastroenterology endoscopy products to Nexcore Technologies, in order to focus on its core women’s health business. The Trumbull, Connecticut-based firm will now concentrate on its cervical care, neonatal and assisted reproduction technologies. Medtech OEM Nexcore gains a range of pumps, probes and electrosurgical generators that were already manufactured at its Waldwick, New Jersey facility.
