European Standards Organisation (CEN) looks at feasibility of ECRI

This article was originally published in Clinica

Executive Summary

CEN and ECRI experts are to meet before the end of 1995 to discuss the feasibility of using the US organisation's nomenclature for European vigilance purposes. If it is used, the nomenclature will most likely be employed as a stop-gap measure until the European system is ready. It may also be used as a basis for developing the European system.
