Executive Summary

Medi-Physics, the US healthcare arm of Amersham International (UK), has gained exclusive rights to supply Chicago-area hospitals with PET isotopes manufactured by CTI. Under the agreement, Medi-Physics Pharmacy Services will manage and staff CTI's Des Plaines PET Pharmacy, which was recently granted full licensure by the Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety and the State Board of Pharmacy. Medi-Physics will also market and distribute the isotopes.
