SmithKline Beecham is set to launch Epitope's OraSure, the oral specimen collection device, in selected US markets next month. SKB says further US distribution will occur once Epitope receives FDA approval of its OraSure Western blot confirmatory test. OraSure is already approved for HIV antibody screening.
