The Spanish government debt to medical device manufacturers has fallen 14% in the 12 months ended February 28th, 1995, to Pta 178,105 million ($1,459 million). Figures released by FENIN, the industry association, show that for all but two regions, outstanding debts to manufacturers have fallen.
