Denley and Labsystems prepare for product launches at Medica

Executive Summary

Denley Instruments and Labsystems, which together form the microplate instrument division of UK scientific equipment manufacturer Life Sciences International, will launch the first microplate nephelometer at Medica this week. Nepheloskan Ascent from Labsystems is designed for susceptibility testing of bacteria, yeast and fungi, endotoxin and mutagenicity testing, lipoprotein, apolipoprotein and immunoglobulin determinants, diabetes testing and tumour marking. Readings take 25 seconds per plate.
