US company Oncor has floated its French subsidiary, Appligene Oncor, on the French stock exchange, le Nouveau Marche. Around 336,000 shares, or 21% of Appligene, were sold at a price of Fr 163 ($31.70) each. Gross proceeds of around $11 million will be used to continue expansion of Oncor's European operations, including selected acquisitions of technology and business units.
