Executive Summary
The European market for lasers and high-frequency electrosurgical products is expected to contract in 1996. Growth in the market slowed in 1994 in parallel with the demand for minimally invasive surgery instruments and was worth $220 million in 1995. Just over 90% of this was accounted for by electrosurgery equipment, says a new Clinica Report, The Western European market for Electrosurgery and Surgical Lasers.
