Executive Summary
Deknatel Snowden Pencer launched a range of instruments for minimally invasive coronary bypass grafting at the American Association of Thoracic Surgeons meeting. The instruments for internal mammary artery procedures include forceps, scissors, needle holders, rib spreaders and a three-chip camera. Deknatel, which is based in Tucker, Georgia, is being purchased by Genzyme (see Clinica No 708, p 13).
