Privately-owned like Graphic Control, Devon produces disposable medical products for surgical procedures and infection control. The deal is expected to be completed in the first quarter. Graphic Control's CEO Duane Hopper will assume the same role in Devon while Dan Sandel, founder and CEO of Devon, will become Devon's chairman emeritus.
