UK company Innovative Technologies is to acquire the troubled woundcare division of Polymedica for around $17.5 million. Innovative intends to raise some £12.7 million ($20 million) to finance the acquisition through issuing just over 4.1 million new shares at 310 pence each in an offering which is expected to take place in mid-July.
