Cygnus in the US has announced that Gregory Lawless has resigned as president, CEO and director to pursue other interests. He is succeeded by John Hodgman, who was previously president of the group's Cygnus Diagnostics subsidiary. In addition, Andre Marion, a Cygnus director, has been elected vice-chairman.
