A US Appeals Court has reversed a decision which awarded four women $1.5 million in a breast implant judgment against 3M. The court found that the women's expert scientific witnesses "...were either unqualified to give a conclusion as to causation, or the qualified experts based their conclusions on unreliable evidence". The women will now get nothing.
