Accumetrics has raised $18 million in an intermediate round of financing, its third round since it was formed in April 1996. The San Diego-based company develops point-of-care cardiovascular diagnostic products. Accumetrics expects to launch its first product, the Ultegra System, which measures platelet function, later this year.
