Exogen has CE-marked the current model of its sonic accelerated fracture healing system, SAFHS Model 2000. It is a low-intensity, pulsed ultrasound device designed to heal fresh fractures of the tibia and distal radius more quickly. The company's Japanese marketing partner, Teijin, has also received approval from Japan to import the system.
