Executive Summary
Osteotech, which has been suing GenSci Regeneration Sciences over alleged infringements of bone cement patents since early 1998, has reached a settlement with GenSci's distributor, Johnson & Johnson's DePuy subsidiary. DePuy has agreed to stop selling GenSci's Dynagraft gel and putty. In addition DePuy will pay up to $3 million to Osteotech.
