Radiance Medical Technologies (Irvine, California), a developer of radiation delivery catheters, has appointed Jeffrey O'Donnell as chairman of the board. Mr O'Donnell previously served as both president and CEO and has been on the board since resigning as CEO in 1999. His appointment follows the resignation of Michael Henson, who will continue to serve on the board.
