Device incubator Hatch Medical (Atlanta, Georgia) has signed an exclusive, worldwide licensing agreement with Yale University for its sharps safety technology. Hatch and Michael Wysoki, assistant clinical professor of diagnostic radiology at Yale University's School of Medicine, will form a joint venture to develop and commercialise the technology.
