Health and Human Services airs views on cost recovery and stem cell research

The US National Institutes of Health should recoup a portion of the revenues of pharmaceuticals it helps to develop, believes Health and Human Services secretary Tommy Thompson. In an interview with Washington Post, he said that the money gained could be used for a prescription drug purchasing programme.
