Johnson & Johnson company DePuy Orthopaedics is to sell ConMed's Linvatec subsidiary's Hall Surgical line of PowerPro battery-powered surgical instruments in the US. ConMed, which will also sell the products through its own sales force, expects total third-quarter sales of $108-113m. For 2003, the company expects its entire powered surgical instrument line will have 9% sales growth, due in part to the distribution agreement.
