HemoSense (Milpitas, California), a manufacturer of hand-held blood coagulation monitoring devices, has appointed Jim Merselis as CEO. Mr Merselis, who has over 25 years of marketing, sales, R&D and general management experience in the laboratory diagnostics, biochemical, diabetes and POC markets, most recently served as CEO at Micronics.
