Lubeck, Germany-based Drager Medical, a manufacturer of medical equipment for the clinical acute care and homecare sectors, has agreed to distribute Zoll Medical's resuscitation products in certain European markets. Included in the agreement are Zoll's M Series defibrillator and its new first-responder defibrillator, the ZOLL AED Plus - both of which incorporate the Burlington, Massachusetts-based company's proprietary rectilinear biphasic waveform technology. The European market for resuscitation products is worth an estimated $150m, Zoll says.
