Executive Summary
Danish company Coloplast says it will comply with demands set out by the UK Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) relating to its acquisition of UK company SSL International's continence care business, because of anti-competition concerns. Coloplast agreed to pay $118m for the business in September 2001 (see Clinica No 978, p 9).
