The French medical device industry association, SNITEM, has put forward two possible amendments to the government's proposal to nearly double the industry's tax from 0.15% of pre-tax turnover to 0.28% for all manufacturers earning over some E736,000 ($854,000), aiming to reduce to amount companies will have to pay.
