Executive Summary

In connection with its agreement with Medtronic and Comvest Venture Partners, Horizon Medical Products (Atlanta, Georgia) has appointed Comvest's Robert Priddy, Robert Wenzel and a third as-yet undisclosed candidate to the board. The new members replace Gordon Tunstall, William Peterson and Ross Arnold. Horizon's Chairman and CEO Marshall Hunt said "this extension and new board structure will allow us to focus on continued revenue growth, profitability and new product development in the oncology marketplace". Horizon is a designer, developer, manufacturer and commercialiser of percutaneous vascular and spinal access systems.
