Increasing the affordability of key diagnostics for HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria in developing countries is one of the main goals of the European Parliament and Council highlighted in their Regulation on aid to fight poverty diseases in these countries. Regulation No 1568/2003 was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on September 6.
