Vision Sciences (Natick, Massachusetts) has signed a deal under which Estech (Danville, California) will distribute its cardiac surgery visualisation tools. Estech will market the minimally invasive CT-F100 and CTSS-F21 cardiothoracic endoscope and Slide-On EndoSheath system alongside its own products for ablation treatment of atrial fibrillation, a condition that affects 2 million people in the US and around 6 million worldwide.
