Executive Summary

Capio Diagnostics has launched a UK subsidiary aimed at providing an integrated pathology service and introducing mobile magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The Gothenburg, Sweden-based company has acquired laboratories in Bingley, Yorkshire, and also has two fully mobile MRI trailers equipped with Siemens Maestro Class Symphony 1.5T MR scanners with which it hopes to carry out 8,000 scans annually.
