Turkish company GAP Insaat Yatirim has won an international tender to build three diagnostic centres in Turkmenistan, under a contract worth $17m. One will be located in the capital Ashkhabad, in a project backed by the Islamic Development Bank. Two other centres, located in the cities of Dashoguz and Mary, will be financed under the international development fund of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries.
