Robert Krist has been named CFO of Endologix, effective August 16. Mr Krist joins the firm - a developer of minimally invasive treatments for vascular diseases - from CardioNet, where he served in the same capacity. He succeeds David Richards, who will remain with the Irvine, California-based company for a brief period to assist in the transition.
