Executive Summary

InSight Health has appointed Michael Cannizzaro as acting president and CEO. Mr Cannizarro, the Lake Forest, California-based company's chairman of the board, succeeds Steven Plochocki, who served as president and CEO for over four years. The diagnostic imaging firm has also announced the resignation of executive vice-president - fixed division, Michael Madler. Mr Madler served at InSight for almost eight years.
