Executive Summary

The UK's Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has reorganised its management structure, to reflect the merging of the former Medical Devices Agency (MDA) and Medicines Control Agency (MCA) a year ago. The 10-strong management board, appointed on April 1 2004, include Clive Bray, as executive director for device technology and safety, and Dr Susanne Ludgate, as executive director for clinical devices.
