Ontario invests US$63m to expand primary health network:

Executive Summary

Ontario has announced an investment of Can$74.6m (US$63m) over three years in a move to increase access to primary healthcare through expanding its community health centre (CHC) network. The funds will be used to establish 39 new centres - 22 main CHCs and 17 "satellite" branches of these. The centres will address specific community needs and will receive extra funding wherever staffing or programme enhancements are required.
