Executive Summary

Eric Soyer has been appointed as CFO of EDAP (Lyons, France), a manufacturer of minimally-invasive devices for treatment of urological diseases and for high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) treatment of prostate cancer. Mr Soyer, who joins EDAP from French nursing home and care clinics firm Medica, where he was CFO, succeeds Thierry Turbant, who will remain with the company as chief financial controller.
