Nanotechnology standards move forward

Executive Summary
December 15 is the deadline by which interested parties must respond to the first four new work item proposals that have been put forward by the European standards committee on nanotechnology, CEN/TC 352. The committee will next meet on April 24-25 2007. This committee covers nanotechnology in general, and not just nanomedicine. It is chaired by Dr Trudy Phelps, chair of the CEN Advisory Board for Healthcare Standards (AHBS).
