Executive Summary
The European Commission's consultation on the New Approach directives, which include the medical devices directives, closes at the end of this month. The exercise has been designed to include the maximum number of stakeholders and interested parties. Comments received in April have not been taken into account in this version of the document, but will be taken on board for the preparation of the legal text, says the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).
