Vascular implants and devices manufacturer Lemaitre Vascular has brought remote endarterectomy (RE) technology to its product portfolio after purchasing Vascular Architects in an all-cash deal worth $2.8m. The purchase price represents a 1.6 multiple of Vascular's revenues of $1.8m over the last twelve months.
