There is no room for heart-warming libations as dispensed by the picturesque Christmas markets in Munich, Stuttgart or Dresden, but a series of hard-hitting demands aimed at pressurising the government in Berlin into fulfilling its obligations as laid down in the coalition agreement of 2009.
