UK developer of advanced wound care products Systagenix Wound Management has appointed Robert Snyder as medical director. Dr Snyder, a practising podiatrist and wound specialist, will lead the company's international medical advisory board. The board will be responsible for providing feedback, input and guidance on the firm's clinical and commercial strategies. Systagenix was formed in December 2008 following the management buy-out of Ethicon's professional wound care business.
