Executive Summary

David Vautrin has been appointed as chief marketing officer of Ultroid Technologies (St Petersburg, Florida), a manufacturer of devices for the non-invasive treatment of haemorrhoids, varicose veins and spider veins, and CEO of Ultroid Wellness Centers (three standalone centres offering the technology, due to be established during 2008). Both organisations are sister companies of Vascular Technologies, of Ness Ziona, Israel. Mr Vautrin joins from non-alcoholic beverage company Cott Corporation, where he was senior vice-president.
