Executive Summary

Quality Systems (QS - Irvine, California) has appointed Steven Plochocki as president and CEO. He has been on the company's board of directors since 2004 and replaces Lou Silverman, who is retiring. Mr Plochocki is the former chairman and CEO of Omniflight Helicopters (air medical services provider).
