Bayer rolls out its A1CNow Selfcheck, a system that allows diabetics to check their A1C levels at home, in U.S. pharmacies Feb. 16. Cleared by FDA via 510(k) on May 14, 2009, and launched in June 2009 on the Internet, the system enables diabetics to use a finger-prick blood sample to find out their A1C levels in five minutes
