Executive Summary
Newly formed genomic services division of Beckman Coulter combines the firm's Agencourt Bioscience unit and Cogenics, which was acquired in April for $17 million. Cogenics offers a range of integrated services for DNA and RNA extraction, genotyping and full sequencing services.
